Cli­ma­te con­cept for care home in Witt­stock com­ple­ted Over the past 12 months, we have work­ed tog­e­ther to prepa­re the cli­ma­te adapt­a­ti­on mea­su­res and sta­ked out some of them in the gar­den at the final event. The rain did­n’t sca­re us away. Now the pro­ject is set to be rea­li­sed!

CMC HONOURED AT GERMAN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AWARD 2025!

Award in the cate­go­ry Matu­ri­ty Exami­na­ti­on — Pro­jects 20 years and older  We were deligh­ted to learn that our joint pro­ject with Ste­fan Tischer and the archi­tects Augus­tin and Frank, the Insti­tu­te of Phy­sics at Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty in Ber­lin, was hono­u­red in the “Matu­ri­ty Exami­na­ti­on — Pro­jects 20 Years and Older” cate­go­ry of the Ger­man Land­scape Archi­tec­tu­re Award 2025.  It is a gre­at honour for us to have recei­ved this award. We hope this will help to ensu­re that the inno­va­ti­ve and, in some cases, rege­ne­ra­ti­ve approa­ches of the Insti­tu­te of Phy­sics’ land­scape archi­tec­tu­re con­ti­nue to beco­me a rea­li­ty in many other pro­jects. 

COMPETITION FOR CLIMATE QUARTER KRONBERG DECIDED

CMC with hono­rable men­ti­on ‘The design pro­mi­ses an atmo­sphe­ri­cal­ly den­se, inde­pen­dent neigh­bour­hood and a good place to live.In terms of urban design, the deve­lo­p­ment con­ti­nues the ‘Schil­ler­gär­ten’ to the west in a con­vin­cing man­ner. PHYSICS INSTITUTE NOMINATED

Ger­man Land­scape Archi­tec­tu­re Award 2025 The Phy­sics Insti­tu­te at the Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty of Ber­lin (Lise-Mei­t­­ner-Haus) has been nomi­na­ted for the Ger­man Land­scape Archi­tec­tu­re Award 2025 in the cate­go­ry ‘20 years and older’ and was sel­ec­ted from 140 sub­mis­si­ons. We are very hap­py about it and await the jury’s decis­i­on in April. AWARD „FLAT ROOF OF THE FUTURE“

Two of our pro­jects award­ed Our two pro­jects at Gail­lard­stra­ße 28 and Lands­ber­ger Allee 52 recei­ved the ‘Flat Roof of the Future’ („Flach­dach der Zukunft“) award, reco­g­nis­ing the sus­tainable use of the roofs. We are very hap­py about the award!

BUILDING APPLICATION SUBMITTED

Sto­ve and cera­mic muse­um in Vel­ten In Vel­ten, Bran­den­burg, we are plan­ning the par­ti­al refur­bish­ment, remo­del­ling and new con­s­truc­tion of the out­door faci­li­ties for the sto­ve and cera­mic muse­um (Ofen- und Kera­mik­mu­se­um). We have now sub­mit­ted the buil­ding appli­ca­ti­on for our plans. We stay exci­ted and look for­ward to the fur­ther pro­gress of the pro­ject.
