WINNER REGENIAL 2024

Berlin award for water-sensitive planning Our project for the water-sensitive conversion of the schoolyard of the St. Ursula primary school in Berlin Zehlendorf was awarded as winner of the REGENIAL! sponge city competition organised by the Regenwasseragentur Berlin. It was emphasised that, despite a low budget, it was possible to achieve large-scale unsealing, a near-natural design and to use all the rainwater on site instead of discharging it into the sewage system.We are very happy about the award and the increasing attention on the topic of the sponge city!

Competition entry with LINIE CREUTZFELDT In collaboration with LINIE CREUTZFELDT Architekten, we took part in the competition for a new daycare facility for children in Savoyardenstrasse in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl.

The construction can begin! 87 rental apartments are being built on the former Berlin Wall line. Additional commercial units, extensive green roofs and an integrated energy concept create added value in the neighborhood and make an important contribution to climate-friendly construction.
AND THE WINNER IS…

Izabela Malachowska-Coqui as a member of the jury at the competition Stadion Szyca Edmund Szyc Stadium and the adjacent area will undergo a metamorphosis in the future. On Friday, the city of Poznań announced the results of a competition for an urban design concept for the area. The first place went to the project of “Studio Fikus” from Gliwice, which envisages, among other things, the creation of a leafy Wilda Park with a rest zone, water reservoir, sports and recreation zones, and viewpoints.
