Ber­lin award for water-sen­­si­­ti­­ve plan­ning Our pro­ject for the water-sen­­si­­ti­­ve con­ver­si­on of the schoo­ly­ard of the St. Ursu­la pri­ma­ry school in Ber­lin Zehlen­dorf was award­ed as win­ner of the REGE­NI­AL! spon­ge city com­pe­ti­ti­on orga­nis­ed by the Regen­was­ser­agen­tur Ber­lin. It was empha­sis­ed that, despi­te a low bud­get, it was pos­si­ble to achie­ve lar­­ge-sca­­le unse­al­ing, a near-natu­ral design and to use all the rain­wa­ter on site ins­tead of dischar­ging it into the sewa­ge sys­tem.We are very hap­py about the award and the incre­asing atten­ti­on on the topic of the spon­ge city!

Com­pe­ti­ti­on ent­ry with LINIE CREUTZ­FELDT In col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with LINIE CREUTZ­FELDT Archi­tek­ten, we took part in the com­pe­ti­ti­on for a new day­ca­re faci­li­ty for child­ren in Savoy­ar­den­stras­se in Endin­gen am Kai­ser­stuhl.

The con­s­truc­tion can begin! 87 ren­tal apart­ments are being built on the for­mer Ber­lin Wall line. Addi­tio­nal com­mer­cial units, exten­si­ve green roofs and an inte­gra­ted ener­gy con­cept crea­te added value in the neigh­bor­hood and make an important con­tri­bu­ti­on to cli­­ma­­te-fri­en­d­­ly con­s­truc­tion.

AND THE WINNER IS…

Iza­be­la Malachow­s­­ka-Coqui as a mem­ber of the jury at the com­pe­ti­ti­on Sta­di­on Szy­ca Edmund Szyc Sta­di­um and the adja­cent area will under­go a meta­mor­pho­sis in the future. On Fri­day, the city of Poz­nań announ­ced the results of a com­pe­ti­ti­on for an urban design con­cept for the area. The first place went to the pro­ject of “Stu­dio Fikus” from Gli­wice, which envi­sa­ges, among other things, the crea­ti­on of a leafy Wilda Park with a rest zone, water reser­voir, sports and recrea­ti­on zones, and view­points.
