‘The design pro­mi­ses an atmo­sphe­ri­cal­ly den­se, inde­pen­dent neigh­bour­hood and a good place to live.
In terms of urban design, the deve­lo­p­ment con­ti­nues the ‘Schil­ler­gär­ten’ to the west in a con­vin­cing man­ner. Over­all, the jury awards the design for its urba­ni­stic con­cis­en­ess and sui­ta­bi­li­ty for the loca­ti­on as well as the con­vin­cing visi­on for a socia­ble neigh­bour­hood.’ (Excerpt from the jury’s assess­ment)
