GAILLARDSTRASSE 28

On the property at Gaillardstraße 28 in 13187 Berlin-Pankow, the construction of two residential buildings with five floors and the renovation of the shed on the eastern boundary of the property is planned. The new building is to be built with a basement (underground car park).

The design of the garden area includes a children’s playground, garden terraces for adjoining apartments and bicycle parking facilities. A passage allows access to the entire outdoor area. Perpendicular prefabricated concrete elements form triangular raised planting areas that both provide sufficient root space for trees and zone the courtyards into distinct areas.
