AWARD „FLAT ROOF OF THE FUTURE“

Two of your pro­jects award­ed Our two pro­jects at Gail­lard­stra­ße 28 and Lands­ber­ger Allee 52 recei­ved the ‘Flat Roof of the Future’ („Flach­dach der Zukunft“) award, reco­g­nis­ing the sus­tainable use of the roofs. We are very hap­py about the award!

BUILDING APPLICATION SUBMITTED

Sto­ve and cera­mic muse­um in Vel­ten In Vel­ten, Bran­den­burg, we are plan­ning the par­ti­al refur­bish­ment, remo­del­ling and new con­s­truc­tion of the out­door faci­li­ties for the sto­ve and cera­mic muse­um (Ofen- und Kera­mik­mu­se­um). We have now sub­mit­ted the buil­ding appli­ca­ti­on for our plans. We stay exci­ted and look for­ward to the fur­ther pro­gress of the pro­ject.

TOURING EXHIBITION „REGENIAL“

Exhi­bi­ti­on of the win­ning pro­jects from the spon­ge city com­pe­ti­ti­on at the ‘Forum Die grü­ne Stadt’ On Mon­day, 25 Novem­ber 2024, the win­ning pro­jects of the „REGE­NI­AL!“ com­pe­ti­ti­on were exhi­bi­ted at the „Forum die grü­ne Stadt’ (Alli­anz­fo­rum, Ber­lin), inclu­ding our pro­ject for the water-sen­­si­­ti­­ve con­ver­si­on of the schoo­ly­ard at St Ursu­la pri­ma­ry school in Ber­lin Zehlen­dorf. The exhi­bi­ti­on was super­vi­sed by repre­sen­ta­ti­ves of the Ber­li­ner Regen­was­ser­agen­tur (Ber­lin Rain­wa­ter Agen­cy) during the breaks of the event.  Pho­to: © Oli­ver Klein­schmidt

START OF CONSTRUCTION WORK AT SALVATOR SCHOOL

A new sports hall and can­teen are being built The con­s­truc­tion of a new sports hall and can­teen for the Sal­va­tor Catho­lic School in Ber­­lin-Rei­­ni­­cken­­dorf has begun! In addi­ti­on to plan­ning the out­door faci­li­ties, we are also car­ry­ing out the eco­lo­gi­cal con­s­truc­tion super­vi­si­on for this pro­ject.

SECOND CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTION PROJECT WITH AWO

1st Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on day in Prenz­lau In addi­ti­on to our pro­ject for the assis­ted living faci­li­ty in Wittstock/Dosse, we are now also deve­lo­ping cli­ma­te chan­ge adapt­a­ti­on con­cepts for the ‘Dr Mar­ga­re­te Blank’ reti­re­ment home in Prenz­lau in coope­ra­ti­on with and for the AWO. The first par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on day with resi­dents and staff has now taken place.

NEXT PROJECT ON THE FORMER BERLIN WALL STRIP

Buil­ding appli­ca­ti­on sub­mit­ted for Ber­nau­er Stra­ße 36 Our next pro­ject at Ber­nau­er Strasse in Ber­lin is pro­gres­sing well! In direct vici­ni­ty of our pro­ject at Ber­nau­er Strasse 26 & 34, we have now sub­mit­ted the plan­ning appli­ca­ti­on for No. 36 tog­e­ther with KOL­LENDT WALD­SCHMIDT Archi­tek­ten. This site is also loca­ted direct­ly on the for­mer Ber­lin Wall strip.

2ND PARTICIPATION DAY ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTION 

Assis­ted living in Witt­stock Our par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on days enter their second round! Back at assis­ted living faci­li­ty „Haus unter den Lin­den“ in Wittstock/Dosse, we once again spo­ke to the resi­dents and staff on site. The aim of the pro­ject with the AWO is to deve­lop stra­te­gies and con­cre­te mea­su­res for deal­ing with the eco­lo­gi­cal and social chal­lenges posed by cli­ma­te chan­ge and its con­se­quen­ces.

BUILDING APPLICATION FOR RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Bay­reu­ther Stra­ße, Ber­lin At Bay­reu­ther Stra­ße in Ber­­lin-Schö­­ne­­berg, clo­se to Wit­ten­berg­platz, we are plan­ning the con­ver­si­on of an office buil­ding into a hotel tog­e­ther with KOL­LENDT WALD­SCHMIDT Archi­tek­ten and have now sub­mit­ted the buil­ding appli­ca­ti­on!

SPONGE CITY TOUR ST. URSULA

Week of Cli­ma­te Adap­ti­on As part of the Cli­ma­te Adapt­a­ti­on Week and as a result of win­ning the REGE­NI­AL! com­pe­ti­ti­on, we orga­nis­ed a gui­ded tour of the water-sen­­si­­ti­­ve schoo­ly­ard at St. Ursu­la pri­ma­ry school in Zehlen­dorf in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the Ber­lin Rain­wa­ter Agen­cy.

WE’RE RETRACING THE BERLIN WALL

Con­s­truc­tion pro­gress at Ber­nau­er Stra­ße 26/34 The con­s­truc­tion of the two resi­den­ti­al buil­dings at Ber­nau­er Strasse 26/34 is pro­gres­sing quick­ly. Due to the loca­ti­on right on the for­mer Wall strip, we are tra­cing the his­to­ri­cal cour­se of the Wall direct­ly in front of the buil­ding faça­de in con­sul­ta­ti­on with the Stif­tung Ber­li­ner Mau­er (Ber­lin Wall Foun­da­ti­on). We are very hap­py that we are able to make a small con­tri­bu­ti­on to brin­ging the histo­ry of the city to life.
